~:TERMS OF USE GENERAL:~

Please read through our Terms of Use before downloading or purchasing
anything from this site. By downloading and using MorningMist Designs
websets, you indicate that you accept these terms.

All graphics and design on this site remain the sole property of
MorningMist Designs unless stated otherwise. Images from artists/
photographers are the property of them and retain their copyright. The
graphics may not be reproduced in any manner. All images/tubes in our
design are used with permission from the copyright holder.

If you use one of our sets you must link back to MorningMist Designs,
www.morningmistdesigns.com, and to the artist/photographer. The links
must appear on the same site as the graphics. A text link is acceptable,
a page of credits is not.

You may not link directly to any of the graphics on this website.
This is called bandwith theft and it's a federal offence.

Our websets may not be altered in any way without our prior expressed
written permission. That includes resizing, recoloring, cutting, "mixing
and matching" with other background sets and adding effects like applets
or animations to images. However, you do not have to use every part of the
set or the exact layout that we use. Under no circumstances may our
graphics be used to create derivative works.

None of our sets may be used on adult content sites, as well
as sites promoting animal or child abuse, pornography, racism or any
illegal activities.

~:TERMS OF USE LINKWARE ONLY:~

Linkware only sets are for personal use only, and can never be used
on commercial sites. They may not be used as stationary in email,
for incredimail, or in any pay or members-only sites.

Be sure to always keep the link and the credit back to artists/
photographers along with the link back to MorningMist Designs.

~:TERMS OF USE LINKWARE/PURCHASEWARE:~

A few of our linkware sets may be purchased. Any linkware set that is for
sale, IF PURCHASED, may be used on a commercial site, or on members
only sites. Only the byer may use the set for these purposes, any other
downloading is for personal use ONLY.

Upon purchasing the set will be removed from our site and no longer
available as linkware. The purchased design will be customized to suit
your needs, and sent to you in a zip-file.

When purchasing a linkware webset you still have to link back to
MorningMist Designs, and to the copyright holder of the used images.

~:TERMS OF USE EXCLUSIVE SETS:~

Any of our exclusive sets may be used on commercial sites and for
internet groups purposes.

All of these sets are purchaseware ONLY, which means they've
never been offered as linkware. Buying one of our exclusive sets
entitles you the exclusive use of the purchased design.

Do not redistribute or resell the set. It's intended for use
by the buyer ONLY.

Upon payment the set will be removed from our site and sent to
you in a zip-file.

We'll customize the set to suit your needs. A new title will be
provided upon request.

If you purchase one of our exclusive sets you must still provide a
link back to MorningMist Designs, and to the copyright holder of the
used images. This will be specified on each set. A text link is fine.

Credit card payment can be made using PayPal.

All images and tubes used in our design are purchased or
downloaded from sources which allowes their images/tubes to be
used in webdesign. Contemporary art and special photographies
are used with written permission. MorningMist care about copyright
and crediting. We do our best to adhere to copyright laws, and to
give credit where credit is due. If you find something on our site
where we have neglected to give proper credit it is not intended.
Please contact us and we will fix it immediately.

All graphics on this site are made in Paint Shop Pro 9,
Animation Shop 3 and PhotoImpression4.
